1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Verify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use of AI-Generated Content

Verify uses artificial intelligence to simulate how target audience personas might respond to your marketing copy. All persona reports, engagement scores, objections, and rewrite suggestions are AI-generated simulations and do not constitute professional marketing, legal, financial, or business advice. Results may vary and are not a guarantee of campaign performance. The final decision to launch any marketing initiative rests solely with you.

3. Usage License

Verify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI persona simulation engine for your internal business marketing purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or distribute Verify's output as a standalone product or service.

4. User Responsibilities

• Content: You are responsible for the content you upload. You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Platform Integrity: You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the Verify persona engine, scrape data from our platform, or probe for security vulnerabilities without prior written consent.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@verify-products.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Standard (Free): Includes up to 3 reports at no charge.
• Premium: Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; however, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months already paid.
• Verify reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any marketing creative you upload. By submitting content, you grant Verify a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your report. Verify retains all rights to the platform, the persona models, and any aggregate, anonymised learnings derived from platform usage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verify and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Verify at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Account page.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of Verify after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
